The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Iorapuu congratulated and prayed for him. He asked De. Agundu to make the university and the state proud in discharging his duties. The Vice Chancellor also encouraged other staff to remain focused and committed recognising that the appointment of Dr Agundu and those in the past in similar positions, is an acknowledgement of the quality of Human resource base at the Benue State University. The Vice Chancellor equally acknowledged the fact that Plateau like Benue people are hospital and asked the REC to settle quickly and enjoy his appointment and wished him a successful tenure of service.
